Central Jersey Neurology Associates, P.A., our primary purpose is to provide
quality, professional neurological services to our patients. To achieve this,
each physician and staff member makes every effort to give conscientious and
thorough care to our patients in a courteous and prompt manner.
One of the ways we do this is by offering our patients online health services through our website.
These services include online appointment scheduling, access to medical records, medication renewals, and more.
If you are already a patient with our office and interested in signing up for these services, simply click on the Register link at the top of this page and follow the instructions to sign up. The office will provide the password information needed to sign up at your next visit, this can not be provided over the phone.

2. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to update your chart. New Patients arrive at least 30 minutes in advance, 15 minutes in advance if ALL the new patient paperwork has been filled out.
3. If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice. A $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments.
4. You are responsible for referrals. Please make sure they are up to date.
5. Please make sure you have an up to date medication list at each appointment.
6. Bring any results / films to be reviewed, with you to the appointment.
7. Please DO NOT wear perfume, cologne or lotions to your visit. Be mindful of others and silence your cell phone.
8. Make sure you have a method of payment at the time of your visit. Payments are expected at the time of service.
