Mission
Central Jersey Neurology Associates, P.A. is committed to providing patients with convenient access to high-quality neurologic care. We believe that providing high-quality care is not only about the medical advice that we dispense, but more importantly about the relationships we have with our patients. We continue to strive to be a leader in innovative medical practices and are one of the first practices in the area to offer online health services to our patients.
History
Central Jersey Neurology was founded in 1984 to provide neurologic care for all of central New Jersey.
Staff

Amos Katz, M.D.
Dr. Katz earned his medical degree from
New York Medical College. He completed his internship at Nassau County Medical
Center and served his neurology residency at Yale University School of Medicine,
Yale-New Haven Hospital, where he also completed a clinical fellowship.
Dr. Katz has been in private practice in Monmouth County since
1983. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
and is a diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management. Dr. Katz is a
Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He is an active member of the American Academy of
Neurology and the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Dr. Katz has special training in
Botulinum toxin (Botox) therapy for the relief of involuntary muscle spasms.

David J.Frank, M.D.
Dr. Frank earned his medical degree from Hahnemann
University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his internship in
medicine at Crozer Medical Center. He received his neurology training at
Hahnemann University School of Medicine where he served as a chief resident and
as an instructor in the neurology department. While at Hahnemann, Dr. Frank
received awards for excellence in teaching. Dr. Frank is certified by the
American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
Currently, in addition to office practice, Dr. Frank is a
clinical instructor in neurology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital as
well as Chief of the Subsection of Neurology at CentraState Medical Center. Dr.
Frank has practiced in Monmouth County since 1992. He is an active member of
AAN.

Susan M.Lage, D.O., F.A.C.N.
Dr. Lage earned her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from
the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic
Medicine in Piscataway, New Jersey. She performed her medical internship at
Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Stratford, New Jersey. Dr. Lage completed her
medical residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Stratford, New Jersey where
she served as chief resident. She performed her neurological residency at
Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago and her fellowship
training in neurophysiology.
Dr. Lage is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of
Neurology and Psychiatry and the American Osteopathic Board of Internal
Medicine. Dr. Lage is also an active member of the AAN, American Osteopathic
Association, the New Jersey Association of Osteopathic Physicians (NJAOPS) and
the American College of Neuropsychiatrists. Dr. Lage has been practicing in
Monmouth county since 1997.

Vasko K.Gulevski, M.D.
Dr. Gulevski earned his medical degree from New Jersey Medical School. He
completed his internship at University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. He
served his neurology residency at Drexel University College of Medicine,
Hahnemann Hospital where he served as chief resident. After completing his
residency, Dr. Gulevski stayed on as an instructor for the Department of
Neurology
